GTA does not start up after I press connect in SA:MP 0.3z

The title says it all, can't connect when I finally try to play again before the update. It also works fine before I go inactive and try to play again.

What should I do to fix this problem?

Have you tried again after restarting the PC?
Have you made sure you're using the correct compatibility settings?
Have you tested your GTA in SP for any issues?
Have you tried running SA:MP/GTA as administrator?

If all yes, and none work, reinstall SA:MP. If that still does not work, reinstall both SA:MP and GTA.

Hi if any of the other settings don't work may i suggest (this can also help OLD win 95 games)

START>Right click Computer>select PROPERTIES>In the window that pops up Find ADVANCED SYSTEM SETTINGS (its on the left in a list near the top)
>Now you are in system properties>under advanced tab press the SETTINGS button near Performance>new window
> Press the DATA EXECUTION PREVENTION (from what i under stand this is like a fire wall for programs that are already on your PC)>now select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:
Now under the box press Add... and select samp.exe and then Add.. gta_sa.exe> then you have to restart your PC (you only have to restart your PC the first time you change the settings to allow exceptions from then onwards you can change and add with out restarting)

This change helps alot of games especially old ones its how i got my Theme Hospital to work  with out setting Compatibility to anything if i add compatibility it takes away the shadow glitches but it makes Theme hospital very lagy 

There is also another problem. Rundll32 i have no clue what it is but it stops some programs from starting especially if there is no internet and even if there is, it delays its start or will not let it start at all if you reselect connect and it starts Ok then chances are its blocking you can force it to close but it close the game and when you reopen your game it reopens but if you open task manager( right click on your task bar>Task manager) open Processes tab then look for it in there if its there its normally running at around 3000k of memory usage so you may want to arrange by memory then select rundll32 and select >End Process< but don't click yes yet! next reopen(or press connect and when you see the second game .exe appear press the Yes button to end rundll32 it seams to happen to Oblivion and some times BF2.
also it may happen and you don't even know it because it may delay your game but it eventually lets it start
