Reason why you did it: I have a bad Internet connection , and i was speeding  , and then i finded someone in the street and then i car killed him , I am so soory , but it was a accident and even i cant see the cars and players , my internet was too bad and my ping was to high , i see cars moving every 5 min
and the man was in the middle of the street , i was speeding too much

With all respect , I respect you and all players here , I been banned 2 times , Im so carfull for that , I hate rulbrekers but in my contry problems are to many , Internet is bad , i was speding , and that man was in the midle of street , you sayed that i am not speding , i am speding too much and why shold i break rules ?

I will gladly accept your apology, however , let go of the pointless drama and people who create it. Always admit your mistakes which i hope you did learn from them. Regular/veteran players should be a good example for new players to follow.
As you may know , im a server adminstrator which means i do not have the right to decide whether to unban you or not , that's up for the management.
Now, about the ' im interested ' part, no you don't have to post every 2-4 days here, if we feel like you lost interest in your request we will ask you.

Stefanos, your behavior in game should be the same with or without admins present. I have noticed you acting differently when no admins are around as well. You are a regular player on this server and your actions speak about the kind of person you are.
