Hi.

Since you had joined the server that day, it was obvious to different administration members what your intentions were. Throughout the time I was spectating you and your 'group', you had planned to 'kidnap' multiple players. Itself, if RPed, is fine. However, the first occasion you shouted at the cop to get out of his car, instead he carried on driving. Immediately, you all opened fire onto him with very little RP involved. Second, you kidnapped someone and brought them upon one of the East LS buildings. You then began to open fire on any cop that came even remotely close without saying anything through any method, hence the copbaiting.


Your intentions each time you join the server is clear, you aren't here to RP, you're purely here to DM and annoy other players. That sort of behavior isn't acceptable.

When we were on the roof, I was speaking with others on teamspeak at that time. The FBI/Cops were shooting at us with snipers.
Do you want me to stand still and take the bullets? Fuck hell no, Imma shoot back and protect myself.

We tried to kidnap multiple people such as Arslan ( Didnt RP at all, drove off when we all were around him ) Rusty ( Had blue name, but said he had admin stuff to do ) and many others. It's like everyone would do everything to avoid getting kidnapped. Our plan was always to kidnap someone and not DM random people. If no one is able to RP back, ain't my fault.

On the roof, I told Danny to call the cops and we demanded some money. But instead they decided to engange us instead. When I was flying the heli and tried to land on the roof, I was getting multiple shots. So yeah, ain't gonna stand there and die. I'm sorry, I know it's wrong. It won't happen again. It was a mistake and i'm not a regular rulebreaker. Please give me another chance Jones. Im sorry, deeply sorry ty for reading

For you, and for everyone else, I just want to make it clear that the first shots on that roof weren't from the cops. Everyone on the roof had engaged on any passing cop before you had even made your reasoning for being up there clear. On top of that, whilst you were shooting (to begin with, before the cops had started shooting back with snipers) none of you were suspected.

I find it funny that you say you aren't a regular rulebreaker when you have had 4 punishments in 3 days, one of which was a tempban and one of which was for deathmatching.
