[Fixed] SA:MP - I click on connect and nothing happens.

I need help, when i click on "Connect" nothing happens, i re-installed GTA SA and i re-installed SA:MP. Please can somebody help me ? The right solution will be honoured with 4,000 $. I am using Vista and the 0.2.2 R2 client.
Please help me, otherwise i cannot play anymore, that would be my end.

Check if all the SAMP files are in the correct folder (same folder as singleplayer San Andreas)
Maybe try deleting gta_sa.set

FIXED
I am happy now, ok i fixed it like that:
I deleted everything which belongs to SA:MP and GTA SA. Then i used regedit to find hidden files and folders which belong to GTA or SAMP.
Then i re-installed GTA SA and SA:MP. I am official back, thanks to everyone who tried to help me and who game me tips.

Yes, Vista didn't cause this problem.
