Downtime reports needs to be used again rather sitting there like an eyesore.
And preferably, a "Downtime Reports" subsection for every community should be made for ease of navigation. We don't need a fucking topic or ten for every single downtime, and we shouldn't have to search through all of them through a few pages of bullshit just to find an explanation from a manager/leader regarding the downtime.

I hope to see this patchy communication between HQ and players fixed up ASAP, especially since the player count has been climbing slightly. I have absolutely no idea what the scripters are doing at the moment (despite there being countless blatantly obvious issues being present on the script) and it's almost as though they've faded away over time.

Yeah the topics are a great problem-... or maybe instead of fixing topics we fix the server and in mean time have managers post the topics with information of downtime instead of everyone creating a new one as they have no idea what's going on?
