GTA IV MP Suggest to have passport/driver license

Hi Guys
Is there someone can help me to get a driver license?
i thought that i need to have passport first?

please comment for helping me

Hey sfjcc,1st of all u need to wait for a week before applying,after one week u must 1st read the materials for the passport test over here http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=103335.0,then apply by selecting the Passport application form and fill it when ur ready for it,after applying u can contact a /col in game for the test.If u pass the test u must wait for one more day before applying for your license http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=61136.0 and u will be done

i've been a week for playing GTA IV MP in the server of argonathrpg , i already post a passport application just now , and waiting for reply , if i am passed or not .

use this form for your passport application , you used the wrong form for it . after it is approved you need to give a test for it.

read these materials for it.

To see player who are able to give you passport tests use /col while in game, for drivers license use /dt, as one of COL staff member, I wish you good luck on your passport tests
