Adding Back Suffolk Police Department

I think, adding every PD in the map should exist. There is a PD in Suffolk that is just there and has no use what-so-ever.

Agreed. We have too few departments in Algonquin. We may not own every PD in the town but having more on the "biggest" island would be nice.
