Enterable DPD's and New jail way (Cellis)

There is a LCPD interrior in GTA IV, it has two floors, but the stairs to the second floor are not solid, while the first floor doesnt have much - just an office desk and some LCPD decorations. It's from Francis's missions if you have ever played GTA IV storyline.

Yeah its nice but Still when you jump off the walls you get teleported out on streets where that enterable place is set for cutscene
It would be cool but I think it needs 2 much planning , If this was EFLC it could be so easy there are so cool enterable places :/
I support it but for scripting would be like a nightmare

Looks like good idea, it will be cool if we have PD like that. There is one PD with interior so it could be made.
