Drugs - Bugged?

i cant seem to pickup drugs whenever i went into the red markers nothing happen no weeds no heroin. i went into the weed field type /growweed and the weed is growing msg appears wait for a few sec then a red mark suddenly appears in the radar no message or anything...the drugs only work for me 2 times
