It really is up to whoever gets it. If the group loses their HQ due to loss of status and then someone else claims it, then that's it really. Not much to it. If you want the bar back, strike a deal with the owner or demand it to be a commercial business that cannot be affiliated with a group or have a neutral party own the bar for both groups to use it without having a claim of ownership over it.

It's like watching a child stop using his toy train for something else then another child takes the train but then the first child decides he wants it back and cries over it.

Lets put it this way, we’re not angry about GSF owning it but we’re upset about how the property was taken away from us during the time some of our members had to fulfill their real life responsibilities or who was removed from the server due to some reasons. Our non-presence was used quite well shall I say ? Quick contact with a manager and they got it without giving a notice to us or abitlity to say yes or no about it.

 If you think that AoD has not made an approach in roleplay manner to aquire it back then you’re wrong, we’ve tried it quite a few times and we’re also upset about that every time we do try to approach, we’ll get spat in our face. The fact that we own a bar at East LS, thats true and Its just replacement, Its not a place we’d plan to stay since we consider TGB as a traditional place where every day a roleplay scenario was seen.

None questioned us about the location back then, because roleplay mattered not what’s written on the street sign If that bar is green and you consider it yours by a color, why some other group lives in a house that is not so mafia-looking ?

If this topic makes you laugh then please ask yourself, do you want to see players argue over server issues and people leaving or do you want to see roleplay improve throughout discussions like this ?

And also I’d like to point out that we’re always open for mature conversation and there is no need to continue it on such hating tone. Our voice had to be made hearable for the public aswell.

The property was removed because you lost your recognized status. I used to own this with my own cash before we got recognized.

All of AoD members went quite inactive, enough to make the status of the group removed, the status is given by the HQ, you do not decide whether your group deserves a specific status or not.

There is really no need to argue about this, enjoy stuff how it is, we're here to enjoy roleplay, and have fun.

I agree with the second part. Rules about the official/recognized status aren't fair at the moment.

Inactive groups have lost their assets, unfortunately a factor towards why you lost your HQ and status was your ban in-game. And the groups long inactivity.

I don't see why a third parties assets were even a part of that discussion to begin with.

The thing is, after TGB got unowned a member of GSF bought it, later when the group hit recognized status that member sold it and it was given as a perk for being recognized. No one requested to take it over while you still owned it.
