Dear All,
I would like to lodge a formal protest and complaint with both the courts and government of the state for a review into the legality of the sale of citizen band radios ranging from frequencies of 1000 to 10000 .
I am of the belief that these radio frequencies were made available for use in good faith by the State, for enabling easier communication of all, yet this act of good faith is being trampled on by those who are looking to extort what should be available for all in their acts of hoarding and selling frequencies at high and quite frankly extortionate prices.
I feel that it is both immoral and verging on illegal for people to hoard, and claim ownership of frequencies (often by proxy), simply in the pursuit of money whilst at the same time limiting the availability to others.
In the act the state and ergo the citizens collectively do not benefit, there is no tax money earned and so, the state has been robbed of money which is its right to be paid.
I would like to move for the State to launch an enquiry into this whole farce and hope that some good can come out of it in the way of 'reform'.
Kind Regards,
Admiral Monte Montague.
