Yes, you intended to deathmatch psvita for fun, that's all. You admitted to it, but I can't really see you're not sincere with this unban request so I can't
really just unban you. I don't expect "sorry sir edmin" and you're not gonna be forced to do so. But I want you too realise what you did was wrong.

I have reviewed the logs now from 23rd October, 2014 I have been given a better picture of what occurred and what happened prior to your ban.

You were flying a plane, attempting to do stunts as Lustigkurre is usually doing it, flying backwards and land on the GS9 roof just above the petrol pumps.
By your reaction and comments in the logs you succeded the first time and apparently Lustig 'denied' seeing it the first time so you decided to do it again
and this time show psvita. You flew from LSAP then crashed the plane into something or someone/someone's and after you died this comment was made.

After reviewing the logs a bit further you did in fact kill TiMoN and you aimed for psvita. As this was done with an aircraft I understand why you were banned
for mass deathmatching as you clearly did it with intentions and knowingly it wasn't allowed. Your vision of fun might be fun, but as said above, we have
rules for a reason...
