The funny thing is is that Abraham and dark phoenix have been here a lot longer than VMNT and he's the most sensitive person in this 'discussion' and doesn't resort to flame.

A little earring in your left or right ear is a piercing, but not "ugly".

Thats your opinion not everyones. and to be honest i only like piercings when its on a girl.

tip for future, learn to realize that a lot of people have different opinions and don't state something like:

Piercings are great until you discover that the guy without them got all the good jobs and you got nothing.
Not everyone likes to look at people who mutilated themselves.

For me ? Do what you want, but do it good. Hang a cowbell from the piercings, or a plate.

But there is a law against discrimination, not a law against not taking people on because they look like a scrapyard.

Also, this is a new world, and people with piercings etc doesn't get all those crap jobs. Tbh, I've never seen anyone with piercings and tattoos picking up junk in the park etc as a job. I've seen hella' lot chicks around 20~~ without piercings / tattoos doing it tough.

Tbh, In my opinion people with piercings and tattoos are not ususally looking for the office space jobs, but other stuff. - There are allot of different professions out there.

True, but i'm doing economics at Uni and so will be forced to go work in banking and the financial sector.. my piercings are not gunna help me there, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it

Maybe by the time I go into proper employment people will realise it should be about how good you are at your job, not what you look like or what lifestyle choices you make, but hey, we can only hope.

Well in my office we had some people with piercings working. And hey they did a good job as well. When they started they put a bandaid over it, until after a few days they asked if it was ok... I allowed them to wear them, as for me the work counts.
