As I told you earlier, there was a report on you for DMing, and a video was provided of you and Antonio camping on top of the church at Jefferson. The same cops kept returning to try and kill you, yet you made no attempt to evade or give up. The only time you moved was to re-supply at Willowfield ammunation.

As a suspect, you should either evade or give up. If you choose to evade, shooting cops that get in your way is acceptable. Camping in the same position and killing the same cops that come in waves is not evading, therefore it is treated as DM. As a veteran player, you were banned as you should know better.

Your argument earlier was that you did not know this was a rule, and wanted me to show you where it's stated. I am unable to tell you where it's posted off the top of my head, although I am certain it's some where on the forum. Failing that, not every rule needs to be available to you, as some of them, including this one, come down to common sense. Your goal as a suspect isn't to kill as many cops as possible, as that would make us a CnR server.

That's something some admin/s made up a while ago, cause its convenient for him and his cop fellas, but even when that rule was made up, it was made to stop people from camping infront of LSPD, and to disallow them from cop-baiting, attacking cops.

And after some time passed by, the rule was manipulated and abuse, not to use its purpose (prevent cop-baiting, and camping infront of LSPD), yet for a nonsense reason such is banning people if they dont constantly run from the cops.
I'm not blaming you for doing it, I'm sure you just followed the rule you thought its legit.

Also,
If you look into the logs and not just some video, you would see that leaving multiple times to the AmmuNation werent the only ruining we had, yet that prior to coming to the church we were runing away for over an HOUR  if not even more, and that we stopped runing when there was 1(ONE) cop left on the server.

My point is: Not CONSTANTLY runing away from cops isn't banable.
It never was during my 7 years in Argonath , and you all remember at least 23525725 situations in which you yourself acted like that, or you witnessed people doing that including admins, managers, CL.

And if you don't mind Conroy, I would like someone else from the HQ to judge my unban request, if that's possible. CBF as number one, or Murt, DellStorm, Devin even Cyril,who ever is available.

Not that I have anything against you, or I don't respect you, or I think you're biased here, on a contrary, yet this is a problem of legality, and the fact that you're convinced that NOT CONSTANTLY running away from cops is banable. So a third party as a 'second opinion' is all I ask for.
Someone with more experience if possible.

There is no need for another HQ member to deal with this, as your ban was the outcome of a report that HQ handled and concluded that you should be banned.

Time to start realising what you did isn't acceptable and move on.

I realise what I did. I broke a rule that never in my 7 year history on Argonath has been applied on anyone else.
 Cause no one was ever banned for not constantly runing away from cops.
