hey guys, just needing some help with my mic, so whats happened is whenever im in a call with someone they could never hear my music no matter how loud i had it, but now all of a sudden they can hear it clear as day, anyone know how to fix this? they can hear my voice at the same time aswell, for some reason my mic picks up the music now..

Sounds like some kind of noise cancellation feature. Look it up in your sound settings (varies, depends on the soundcard you use).

Yes i have realtek microphone and i think a windows update screwed it up :s

I used a headset with microphone , and every time i talked with someone trough skype/ts3 they would always hear my games or music even if i barely heard it.
I was searching on google like 5 months still didnt find any solution.. I just bought a desktop mic and now it's all fine.
I think the only solution is to buy a desktop mic, but you can try to connect your mic in back panel , or on front panel depends on where it is now.

@danipoz - im using a laptop and the mic is inbuilt, but i just wanna make it cut out background sound

Try disabling all enhacements, if that doesn't work i guess it's some hardware problem maybe..
