Fireman Suggestions

Hello friends,

I want to suggest some of my idea(s) on the Fireman job in IV:MP. So let me start off with some great Idea(s)

1) There should be some Emergency vehicle ( Car Probably and This car can be used for Roleplay purpose very sure and It will be like realistic ) for Firemans spawned most probably FD , Near MGS. Well the use of this car is that Sometimes, We dont find FT at certain places to go ahead with the Roleplay and fixing the Issue ( Mission ), But then sometimes we have to go South Alderney to get FT cause there we get many FT. So if we have a Emergency car ( Firefighters + only ), We can do the roleplay ( Mission ) And then Reach the FT place and Get the FT and place back the car in the place it Spawned. Cause sometimes FT is full and We have to go very far to get the FT and at the Movement Sometimes few people doesn't wait much as /resetspawn is also a Abuse and this suggestion can help People do Roleplay in fireman Missions when we make it like Realistic !

2) Hence, We need Fireman Ranks in IV:MP, This is very important Suggestion cause Most of people don't know that Fireman(s) have rank or Many don't Consider Fireman as Ranks aren't In-Game. So I would like to suggest to Show the Persons Rank in Fireman When we type /rank In-Game. Probably the LCPD rank and FDLC rank when we Type /rank. So this way many comes to know the Fireman Ranks and the Ranked firemans and It will surely be useful for ARFD IV:MP Fireman Development. So this way, New firemans can know the Basics of Doing a fireman missions cause Many do fireman mission just for money purpose. Most probably people consider fireman as a Money making job and they don't enjoy any Roleplay in it or they don't even bother doing a Roleplay.

3) We need FiremanBan, Its like CopBan Exactly. This can be Operated by Commanders + and Admins too, This is also One of Important Suggestion. This FiremanBan can be for Temporary Or Permenant ban by Commanders +. This is usually because Some firemans start Abusing fireman for Money earning and They blame others without waiting and Becomes a issue that he/she doesn't wait. Already Admins had such issues in Past and They tried their best with the Thing to fix these issues. But still this issue leads.. So it can't be always a pain for Admins. So it would be good if we have FiremanBan, Where it can be operated by Commanders +  / Admins to Ban someone from Joining firemans when People Abuse fireman and make it a Issue even after a Warn. So this can be a Easy fix for people who Abuse fireman mission most of time.

So these are the few Suggestions i have for FDLC which will be helpful for sure. And Improve the FDLC in near Future.

I see that you are trying to make LCFD into an organisation like LCPD. I also think that it could improve roleplay and create new possibilities for IVMP. The question is, do we have enough people supporting this kind of plan? Maybe you could try to talk with the LCFD commander and see what he thinks.

I see that not everybody suppoting this , even they are not paying intention of fire Department stuffs , Cause almost players , just do fireman Job for money , In this Case , Its better to stay like is it Actually , a Job to make Money , Also I am sure that you will not stay interested into the fire departement , because its not like LCPD At all , LCPD takes 80% of the roleplay Quality , Its Probably a Life , but LCFD has just specific Role , and is to win some missions !

Well, Actually fireman is for Roleplay and fun purpose, Its not for money making and we should never consider it as Money making Job. Actually many people consider fireman as a Money making job in LC which same goes for New players and Old players. Everyone thinks same. If we stay united and Work hard to teach the basics and the stuffs for the players like we had a good role-play today. Probably it would bring a change. And hence, When we deserve it. Surely these suggestions will be taken in attention. Its just that few people consider fireman in a wrong way. But if we keep the roleplay stuff in Fireman.. I hope it will bring a change.. I know many people support such suggestions but until the things around aren't fixed.. The change cannot be brought in.. Hope you understood what i meant here.. And I would be very happy to see if these suggestions as been taken into action and get done.. It would be amazing tho..
