Need a clarification about re-armouring in Combat.

Hello,

There was a shootout down at the Ocean Flats Ammunation with the cops and we bought new armors during Combat. Later on I was PM-ed by Sandi that I should not re-armour in Combat as it's the same as healing. Though I find this very confusing because I usually did re-armour in Combat, as I was told by higher ranks since RS4 that it is allowed. As far as I know, buying health during a shootout is not allowed, but buying armour is. A good clarification wouldn't be bad so we solve this once forever.

Buying armour in combat is allowed. But the question is, is it allowed when there is a gun fight near ammu to enter it as soon as you lose armour to buy new one.

In my opinion, during active combat it is not (if you are being shot at, not allowed) but if you see your chance free to get out and buy one then why shouldn't it be allowed.
