Allowed HD overhaul?

Hai.
I've always preferred vanilla GTA SA ( with an exception of ArgoMap ). Recently I've come across some interesting HD mods on the FBI forums. I've so far seen many overhauls that, not only change the textures, but also some map components?
- I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good HD overhaul that is actually allowed?

As long as it doesn't modify the collision maps (aka. the stuff that defines where you touch the map) it is fine. As soon as some areas become passable where vanilla is solid, it is considered an unfair advantage and becomes banable.

Yes, I understand that, that is the reason I posted this. I was hoping there is someone experienced with this and could tell me what do they use.

I have never used any mods in SA:MP. Just the vanilla game. It sounds boring but it gives you the best experience.
