So like Rafael said, we passed a roadblock at LS City Hall and I got shot by Dutchy, we went back to ask him to pay me my armour because in my opinion it was DM and that I can't afford another one. As I remember I did /report it, Evileye came and asked us to leave, I wasn't the driver but as you can see in the logs I told Rafael to leave few times the situation to not make problems.

As rules state you should follow the instructions of a member of staff when told to do so even if you think it is wrong (that is where you file a complaint).  No good comes from it except getting yourself into more trouble than it's worth.  Since it's basically your first ban and punishment on your account (far as I can see) I'll be willing to unban you long as history don't repeat itself.
