I think that the sever should be restricted from access in the realm or scope of child protection. I suggest that no-one younger than 18, or perhaps 16 years of age IRL be allowed to play, or if they are younger be heavily limited.
The reason being is, those who are not that age are likely to become part of incidents or roleplays that they should not be subjected to, and truthfully speaking, role-play of sexual nature with someone who is not of legal age to consent equates to child sexual exploitation.
Generally, Argonath RPG SAMP needs to have some stricter rulings to prevent real world criminal happenings and to protect its players.
The young mind is easy to spoil.
Child welfare on Argonath RPG needs to be taken seriously.
