Thanks guys but hmm there seems to be a bug also while uploading a forum profile , gives us error saying the directory is not attachable bla bla , fix that as well if ya can I don't like empty profile pic on my profile

Why the hell on earth @Brian. , the FORUM WEBMASTER, does not have access to create backups?

This doesn't land well on the community, when the forum webmaster doesn't even have enough privileges to create backups of what he manages, the forum...
If you don't want to give him access, have a decent automated backup system do it for him. And not one that loses 3 months of activity...

question, why wasn't a full backup made on 1/1/2017? that seems logical to me

Typically for a production site with this much content that would be true... would also be true if you said "2/1/2017" or "3/1/2017" or in fact, at least an incremental backup every day!
