To all that still care (which apparently isn't a lot anymore..),

Due to the very recent events that took place, we've once again opted for a zero-tolerance policy.

We've been actively working to increase the player-base, to make Argonath fun and enjoyable as it once was.
We've made a lot of progress.. progress that most of you so called "veterans" have nullified completely.

All the topics related to "Why has Argonath died" only has one answer: Because of you.
You, the person that cries on the forums wanting change, and then shits down the neck of everyone trying to change things.
The person that feels the need to constantly trash-talk others, instead of actively trying to help.
The person that has an ego the size of the earth, but the balls the size of a pea.
The person that makes this community as toxic as it is.

You are the only reason we're stuck where we are - because you're just incapable of using any brain cells to your disposal.
You'd rather shit behind a PC screen, crying bloody murder than take action.
You'd rather watch us drown, than offer a hand.

I've seen this HQ do so many great things, I've seen players do so many great things.. and what do they all get in reward? Not even a simple "good job", no motivation to carry on.. no, all they get is your shit.
There are groups focusing on actively involving new players, and what do they get? "LUL SHIT TOPIC BRO", easy to call them out on it, isn't it? So much easier than to just offer a hand to show them around, explain them and teach them.
Someone tries to help by attempting to add things to the /help command IG, posts it on a topic.. and what does he get? "LOL DIS SUX".. Again, instead of motivating them and suggesting changes.. you just have to act like a dick.
People that for some miraculous reason still actually care about Argo, and actively try to start something to make Argonath a fun and enjoyable experience again, offering a great role-play scenario in the process get some of the worst disrespect I've ever encountered in my 10 years of Argonath.

You all should be ashamed of yourself, each and everyone of you.

It is for all these reasons described above, that we've decided to get rid of all the people spreading their toxic behavior around.
The last few days we've had an influx of new players, new players that are great and active.. and willing to learn.

If you cannot be arsed to actually help us, the community you allegedly care about, and continue to spread your toxicity everywhere you breath, you have no place in Argonath anymore.

These are times to look forward and contribute to the server instead of talking about whats bad. If you're going to write, then at least write how you would want it to be, rather than complaining of how it is. Come with ideas of solutions, don't just say the problem. Talking about all problems in that way just drags us all down in negativity.

There sure are problems, like it always was. But the goal for me and Goobii is to solve them and bring a positive feeling among our players. We're here to have fun and play the game, don't go too deep into it with your feelings.
