I don't really know what to say about this one. I have been playing DM servers for years and I haven't been banned on a single one of them even if they have REALLY strong aimbot protection. It's not my problem that some people can't stand being killed on a game even if they provoke it for 3 days straight. What I can offer you guys to ensure you that I don't use any type of Aimbot or any other illegal hack is that I would gave you a brief look into my GTA SA folder and also you can test my shooting skills on stunt or Paruni. A piece of video is not strong evidence as it's not seen from my perspective and this ban was based on a video clip which got recorded by a player I killed.

Well that video clearly showed us that you did like 180 turn and without aiming at his body somehow you got a shot and killed him.
Also there's no point in showing us your GTA folder as you can just remove the modifications... Plus Rei did not record that video, Peter did.

Unless he does wish to be cooperative and show us that he does have the modifications, indeed showing your game folder to us would not be accurate enough.
The 180 degree turn is definitely something that you can explain to us, however.

180 degree turn ain't equal to aimbot. The problem is that you saw things only from HIS perspective which is not an accurate and strong evidence. However, there are a couple of things that could lead to that and those are my ping, fps and packet loss which could had influence on how he sees things. On my screen I had a perfect shot on him and I was hitting him rather easy. Everyone with a gaming mouse can do a 180 degree turn and it's up to SAMP how it will be synchronized.

Also the server has been more than laggy in the past few days and that could be one of the factors of a "weird" 180 degree turn.

I have never used aimbot on this game and I never will. I don't need aimbot to kill players that are not as experienced shooters as me. Could you please PM me the video you were recording so I can see what are we on about?

We've investigated the case in a bit more detail and have come to the conclusion you couldn't have used an aimbot.
Therefore you're unbanned, with the hope we do expect better behavior displayed to us when it happens again.
Accidents happen, but no need to throw a tantrum about it; talking about skill this skill that makes me sick.
