It is moronic that you can't scam players under a month old but they can do it to anyone they please.  We shall remedy this and update said rules regarding scamming accordingly once we've come to agreement on the best possible option.

Is using /me to scam weed allowed? It's obviously script abuse unless person does "/me gives fake weed to XXX" or something.
