Low FPS when outputting to HDTV

Does anyone know how to Increase my FPS when outputting to 1080P on my TV. I use the GInput mod which lets me use a pad with 100% compatibility and since my HDMI cable is long af I started playing games at 1080 with the pad.
Games like HL2, Out There Somewhere, South Park stick of truth, and even Fallout 3/NV at 1080 60fps (30 as its capped on fallout) But yet GTA SA ON LOW barley even touches 25fps if im lucky. Anyone can help me out? Its pissing me off.

More of a fault with the game instead of the hardware. Bare in mind that it's an old game. Perhaps you have some mods as well that might impact the game's peformance.

I have litterally 1 mod installed, GInput. this provides no decrease in performance at anyother resolution.
My TV spazzes out at any other resolution I tried. It works only at 1080 and with some luck at 1600x1050 but that cuts off some of the screen

I'd say it's the game itself that has issues rendering on your tv.

As long I remember around 0.3 release, SA-MP was patched to play at high resolution whilst Single Player can not do so without the 1st Rockstar patch (with which GTA can't run SA-MP)

Have you tried updating your drivers & deleting gta_sa.set on your SA-MP Folder?
Try other resolutions as a test.

It actually could be the integrated graphics card trying to support the HDTV with the pixel spread.
But, it could also be the TV. A 240hz is faster and gets a better frame rate than for say a 60hz tv.
