System restore seemd to fix the problem, I guess it was a virus causing all this shit.... lock this please

You can go to the guy you bought the laptop from, or someone you know who can fix it, otherwise you can change back to windows 7 or 8..

It is probably a virus issue, also windows 10 is giving me some weird errors too, like from time to time task bar stops working and few similar things. I will get back to W7 just too lazy atm.
