Photoshop help [For new SAMP business idea]

Greetings,
I am looking to start up a new business idea for cars on Argo SAMP but would like some help with Photoshop to make a very nice topic on the forum.
The thing I need help with is just the background for pictures. I am looking for a little something like this: http://s17.postimg.org/pa4odl0cv/dem.png
That picture is just as an example, don't bother using it
So, I am looking to make a background where I can insert cars next to the background. I'm thinking the background shall be like a wall like that picture^^ but in white and have Argonath logo on it. On the floor, it would be awesome if we could make it look like the car is on a mat instead of asphalt. Preferably the mat to be in blue color (hex code 06538a).

Once that is done, I can start adding cars to the mat on the picture myself

Hopefully someone is up for this, I am guessing Photoshop masters will have no problem doing this
If it motivates, I can offer some cash on SA:MP for this to get done.

Most professional artwork on Argonath, but you gotta be prepared to pay him big SAMP shekels, I highly recommend him tho.

Well, it is sort of like a permanent same background for all cars I will advertise about.
I will place each car in front of a wall covered in like a white paper with Argonath logo on it. And underneath the car will be a blue mat.
I will place the cars myself, I am looking for someone who can make the background as explained^^
