Due to unforeseen circumstances I will be without Internet as of today until Thursday, possibly longer, and as a result I will be unable to release our scheduled updates and make any other changes. I deeply regret the conditions which have presented themselves as it takes away much more than just updates; I must also once again delay the mayors elections until my return.
