Taking out half of a log to make it seem like a person was deliberately rulebreaking is not "indirectly" or "accidental".

He can say whatever he wants "Accidently", "On purpose", but admins must verify it. I saw most important the part where he said that he did "carkilled" and i took just it. Anyway I never thought it would be a problem and no, a punishment toward him at any cost was not my intention. Stivi is my IRL friend, come on... (I wanted just to fullfill my /report). When I reported him, Jov said "that he didn't see with his eyes" and to let him know that my /report wasn't invalid, I sent him the part where Stivi stated the "carkill".
I did something wrong and something which seems to be rulebreaking now. How (?) indirectly or not doesn't matter anymore. I got tempbanned as a punishment and now I'm realising my mistake.

Still not seeing the point of the ban when I already took my lesson & punishment (TB) previously on something I wasn't aware before.

I got "warned" for it with the tempbann but I didn't repeat it to deserve a ban...


I'm repeating same words for over than 2 times.

We need to see more player-to-player interaction before engaging. There should never be an instance where you roll up and are shooting within a couple of seconds for entirely new situations. Interactions also need to have content, context, and purpose. No more of this bullshit, we're enemies so I'll give you 3 seconds to do something or I'll kill you. No more of this do this or die. You need to create opportunity for the RP interaction to expand and go either way. You need to accept RP will not always end in your favor. You need to accept sometimes you will lose.

Just noticed this, and I would like to let you know that I agree to everything you stated above. This clarification of the rule might help seriously in the future and will avoid such things as my case.
This was needed since before.

I can't call it "Falsifying". I just didn't include all the chatlog but in fact was not on purpose, it was totally randoomly SSed just to show the "topic". Everytime I report someone from Gvardia side, Mr.Jov takes the report and he always says this excuse "I didn't see it with my eyes or I can't prove it" or or "verbally warned". I knew that Stivi somehow accidently carkilled me but in the first moment I reported only that "DBer". Jov kept saying that he can't prove the DB as he didn't see it with his eyes. Stivi stated both actions and I reported Stivi too. But the main report was on John(the one who DBed me on foot).
I think I "cutted"(if you call it so) just one sentence of Stivi "hahahahahahah bona fail un" (Translation: hahah.. I failed)

Sorry for everything I did. I will take care in the future if there will be a little percentage of chance for me to get back in game. I never meant to "get him punished at any cost" or to rulebreak.

As I wasted the last chance I won't beg you for another. I will let you decide what's reasonable and what's not for this unban appeal.

Yeah I think I exaggerated it with /report-s last week. I was confused as fuck but I, since now, will take care of the reports I send. I will think it twice or three times before I send a report on someone.
I don't know but I saw my "reports" as "rulebreaking" that's why I reported,... anyway.
