So, let's put everything on the table:

A shoot out happened at GS9 and I got killed, and Murt(who was the sus) escapes, some minutes later he returns and cops surround GS9. Adam sends me some sort of incomprehensible PM "PM from Adam_Vaughan(38): keep some distance so the can continue the rp" I don't get what he wants and I stay where I am he teleports me away and I stay still until cops start shooting Frank Hawk and I jump in to help him.

Later on Adam confronts me about this and explains how my "punishment list" who I tried to keep clean for three weeks after he "gave me a final warning"(which was on Dec 2). We come to the topic of discussing my latest punishments and I tell him that I disapprove of two that were given by [GSF]Jov.

Now before I continue I would like to know of the outcome of the report against Jov. Every balla or balla affiliate knows how biased Jov is and how much shit he'll try get on balla/balla affiliates to get them punished, you can't deny it, and he can't, and I bet his punishments list will prove me correct. Not to mention several instances where he purposely provokes ballas, such as when he finished discussing a recent /report on us, he teleports away then teleports back to /riot at us, everyone saw it and I know you have the logs to prove it.Now I would like to discard a tempban and a warning from my latest punishments list. I also received a banana from Bruce for doing math on /p.

Moving on to a tempban that was given by Adam, I was having fun with Eps because I hadn't seen him in a while so I punch him every once in a while, he responds as everytime and kills me and both of us are fine with that. I don't see what's wrong with a little fun between friends.

Now today, two bananas, one which was given to me by Mikro because I said "cops can't return after death" even though I told him I meant "cops shouldn't return after death"(see recent topic I made), the other was for arguing about cops lack of fear(see recent topic too). The temp ban was Marcel was perfectly valid and I agree with it, even though these three cops who got me tempbanned are completely incapable of roleplaying to any extent even though it's a bit overzealous.

So Adam decides to ban me for "Deathmatching" after I have explained every thing to him, he tells me about "how much he wants to ban me" and then responds with "sorry"(really pathetic ikr?)

Adam ain't got shit on me, you guys haven't got shit on me, I have been clean since Dec 2 and this ban was uncalled for, unnecessary and only a means to get me a quick ticket out of here(wow it's about to work).

These are not the only messages you shout around in local or public chat. Other situation I talked to you about were screaming DM in main chat while actually participating in it. The other was you reporting someone for provoking while actually your behavior just before that was even more provocative. That message is posted below.

The problem I want to point out are the constant provocative remarks you make. No they are not jokes and no they are not part of the RP's. The only thing they do is contribute to a bad atmosphere. This has not only been happening today though which is probably one of the reasons that lead up to your ban.

This is provocative yes, I was describing how SAPD/LSPD/Whatever approached a pile of gangsters and blatantly used spray on them without saying a single word, please don't tell me /s GET ON THE f**cking GROUND RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE 3 SECONDS!!! is actually roleplay.

This has not only been happening today though which is probably one of the reasons that lead up to your ban.

I have never screamed DM after participating in one and dying, the only complaints I do on /p are those when I get killed by cops because of server lag or when cops do blatant DM things, instance when X cop emptied three shotgun shells into my head after I got into a police cruiser yesterday.

I confronted you about it, and about your other punishments. Which one of them was that I have given you a final warning instead of banning you, which you didn't take the chance of improving, but got loads of punishments after it.
5 tempbans, 4 warnings excluding this punishment and other verbal warnings in the last 30-35 days. How is that clean?

If your punishments were invalid and you don't deserve to be banned, HQ will surely look into it and unban you as soon as possible.

I have also asked you many times why shouldn't I ban you, giving you many chances to convince me not to.

Where do you pull that shit out from? I got a warning(which I reported Jov for), and three temp bans(one which I argued with Mikro on, and the other which I reported Jov for). All of that were after I kept to myself since the day you gave me my last warning.

The situations I referred to did happen and in all of them the circumstances do not allow you to provoke other players. As said, this seems to be frequently normal attitude from you which is definitely not how it should be. It was made clear to you various times by different admins. The fact that you didn't always receive an actually punishment for every situation, doesn't mean you didn't do anything wrong.

Kudos to you for giving 24 minutes to answer your questions, our discussion was heading nowhere and I was answering your questions while roleplaying. The only time I asked a question or even tried to add helpful was when I PM'd you with "wait", oh wait that didn't happen because you instantly banned me after saying "sorry". Ctrl+V maybe?
