O_O At less you hack the speed of the rocket launcher/Heatseeker-stinger, putting the speed of it 0.0001 secs penalty after launching a rocket, so its just aim and rapidly click the fire weapon, so you can shoot boom boom boom boom boom xD

And the video its great like bb said because the cops were brave trying to get the hacker, but it was EASY! not much but heres the thing:
