I have a suggestion.Apart from visual changes and tuning,ther could be a nos function to give a burst of speed or ,slightly change its speed accileration and handling,or change the sounds of revving etc.This would give the Argonian dollars a lot more value

Last time i checked tuning was free.....Also yeah tuning dose increase performance of some vehicles very slightly

This isn't true. At best they change collision, which can for example be useful for easier unflips (for example: roof lights on Patriot, hardtop on Banshee).

Speed, acceleration, suspension, weight, etc all remain unchanged.
