IV:MP Black Screen

My beast GTX 980 witch can run +2018 games is facing a problem now with GTA IV  !
Everything is fine, the problem is, I can't run IV:MP, just showing a black screen, after 1-3 minutes it doesn't respond.
The IV:SP is running well.

Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4960 CPU @ 3.50 GHz 3.50GHz.
RAM - 8.00GB.
System Type - 64-bit.
GPU - GTX 980.
Windows 8.1 PRO.

*Note!:- My IV is cracked.
