Luciano was underattack by 3 groups(ballas,Corleone and the saints), who surrounded us with snipers.
My reason for killing Team_Boozman was the war.
there was nothing personal,even before it happen grandpa and one other ballas asked me what am i doing on that scene.
i was invited to luciano's CB,because Grey is Ally with lucianos and they needed help so that means i was there on assisting not taking any rp part of the war,
while i was outside with my fellow Gvardias,keeping a watch to let luciano know what's going on outside,we witnessed couple of lucianos (Donatello and Rim)getting shot by sniper rifles from blocks away.
on that moment the other side of the war had mans on the roof tops and streets from in front of the house to 3-4 blocks away,so we thought all of them standing at long distance are snipers,Team_Boozman was one of the ballas who arrived to the scene with the other ballas and corleones and the saints so we thought he is a sniper too which due to his claiming he was not even armed.but we didn't knew.so lucianos were inside the house waiting for a chance to come out acika asked the outside team (me:BugsyGrey,couple of Gvardias and rim) too take out Team_Boozman who was still in long distance so i went to ammunation bought a knife went to the back of the building he was standing at,took out the knife from dashboard got out of the car while holding the knife then sneaked up on that guy,when i got to his he was a balla who ever in the scene to attack and had a backpack with sniper rifle in it,so i didn't risked or wasted time he totally looked armed and i think he was wearing a armor too,i took the guy out.it was a mistake i even apologized him in game,he accepted it and said hope you're happy with what luciano got you,i did not know he is not in the war while he had those /wear and he had ballas skin and he arrived at the scene just how all others did.

The fact that Acika is ordering you to do something while he is inside the entire time and not seeing what's happening doesn't sound right, and that you also went up to Boozman and killed him with absolutely no role-play interactions.  Another problem is that Boozman didn't even have a gun on him at all, just a camera.  I was looking at him from time to time while role-playing as a police officer, it looked to me like he was just spectating the entire event from a distance, not sniping.

Also, your punishment list is at 11 punishments (not including this ban) from January 15th to February 14th.

I did rp you can check the log,how fla attacks whole team of swat snipers and attempts to kill mayor without anyone noticing or anyone getting banned and why do i get banned for same reason?
my last punishment was DM'ing Peter about a month ago,it been about a month that i haven't got a single punishment.

Devin, it was a war situation. Snipers who were shooting on us also did not have any interaction, they were just shooting from far away.
But it's okay, I understand my mistake, I apologize for it and it will not happen again.
