If you are using Windows 7, and it keeps showing a black screen after changing a Picture, you need to activate your windows then.

I don't think it's the genuine validation he's talking about. And what's with that attitude man..

just take a picture and post it here. It's hard to tell, because there could be dozens of things that went wrong: from a driver corruption to your monitor.

If that's all it is doing you more than likely have a boot sector issue. Either that or there's a disk in the drive that it is trying to read/boot off of or a USB device attached that it is trying to boot from.

That pic doesn't say much. Photograph the entire screen.

Also, remove all possible SD/USB connections and try again. If not, open up the BIOS menu (the hotkey is shown when booting from BIOS) and make sure that HDD is set as priority boot.
