Cousin may have made the accounts but you knowingly accepted cash into your business from multiple accounts, which makes you complicit in cheating.  Thus account has been reset to zero.

I'll give you a another chance but next time banned don't bother coming back here requesting one.

Short answer: no.
Long answer: Because you've been working together with money-cheaters your account has been reset to zero, and this won't change.
Since you have been given a last chance to play on our server, take that as a warning not to break any of our rules anymore. The privilege to play here is worth more than a virtual number without value.

Think about roleplaying instead. You are on a roleplay server after all, not a farming server.
