Passport exam or just a scam?

All the new comers here are most eager to get a passport to get the full features of the game.
So was I
I applied for passport at forums, it got noted by a COL member
There were 2 COL members, and one of them had already noted my post but none of them took my test
is it a joke or what 2 COL 1 Admin my post is noted i am online but still my test not taken??

Try to pm that you want to take the test as getting your passport is your responsibility, not theirs.

Thats what I did, but still they did not reply and my pm was in vain

sorry i didnt have the time to test you, but its no joke or scam, any /col member that has the time will test you.

Thats what I am telling there were 2 COL they were talking to everyone in public chat and even local but did not reply to my PM or if i asked them about test. They were ignoring my requests and one said that he resigned as an excuse

You need to have patience, COL members may not be available all the time even though they are online and they are chatting in main chat. It's maybe them testing your patience, who knows.
However, if you really wanna report any COL member for not doing their job properly, go to their supperiors (refer to COL staff list) or even server leadership.
