So I hit Peter in Little Mexico and got accused of cop baiting by Peter and I explained to him that if I wanted to Cop Bait I wouldn't go around Ramming FBI agents, as obviously they don't chase criminals for traffic offences. Awhile later I got rammed by Grigory who happened to be a police officer. He then tried to drive away pretending nothing happened so I got out my car and shouted at him to stop his vehicle. I gave chase to him where Timon demanded him to Pay for the damages he caused. He went on to suspect the both of us so I decided to stop chase as it would seem as cop hunting/baiting. I decided to evade thats when Peter specc'd us and said "Copbaiting to gain notoriety?" Timon explained what happend and I told him our jobs as suspects is to evade. Then he banned me.

The problem is, you were using the wrong lane and hit the officer's vehicle. You guys just step out of your vehicle with a firearm (SMG I guess) and shouted "Hey stop the f**cking car ?!!" and "Pay for this shit." and immediately opened fire on him.
You clearly had no intention to RP with that officer cause "all we need is /su"
Its obvious that you went after him to just get suspected (probably for Notorious stuff).

You keep using wrong lane and speeding to cause an accident with police officers, your intention is getting cops to suspect you exactly like what you tried to do with me too. I gave you a verbal warning to stop it, yet you ignored me.

I was driving down the incorrect lane on a basically empty road with no one even remotely around when a cop that was parked pulled out in the middle of the road and hit me. He hit me not me hit him don't twist shit here. Secondly after he hit me I got out the car and demanded him to stop because he was driving away like nothing happened. I didn't have a SMG in hand don't start guessing come with facts. Third I only shot at a tire after he started driving away. Fourth don't create stories here we didn't immediately opened fire on the guy.

You're misinterpreting a chat line that you have no clue what he was talking about. Again assuming "probably for notorious stuff" You claim we had no intention to RP with him even though we did attempt to Role Play with him and he ingnored us. Its not obvious that I went after him seeing as he was the one that hit me and not the other way around.

Yet again misinterpretting chatlines to make your case seem valid. You were clearly sitting in the CB and if there was any cop baiting at that occasion you would have dealt with it on the occasion you mentioned. In this scenario the cop was chasing me for a good few minutes where he didnt suspect me so I said it in cb then almost as soon as I said it he finnaly suspected me so I said "finnaly", that chatline doesn't imply that I was cop baiting.

Sure continue posting misrepresenting screenshots, where you clearly see the cop in the inncorrect lane and you can clearly see the tire marks of me spinning out after he hit me. I fired like one or two bullets of DEAGLE at TIRES to get him to stop. No one got hit with a bullet no one died.
Sure pull a cheap shot from a controvertial ban which is totaly unrelated from all the way back in June 2015 and still call it recent.

There was an obvious discrepancy in the execution of this punishment. One I do not see fit to ignore and as a result; I find this ban entirely invalid.

What I see from images and logs is cops who refused to interact, but remain unpunished and a situation where if played out could've let to something quality. This was no "pay or die" because there was no effort to interact made by the opposing party.

This is a roleplay server. Interaction is expected. At the same time, I find Grandpa could've provided a more appropriate set of conditions given the circumstances. I also do believe, if let played out, Grandpa would've set a "pay or die" event which would've been a perfectly legitimate ban. However we'll never know the outcome.

This ban is nulled and lifted.
