Our current team has taken a whole new angle of development compared to previous teams by taking user feedback seriously and pushing for your ideas to be implemented. RS5.2 is a direct reflection of that new angle by being mostly developed based on ideas submitted as far back as 8 years ago. With this in mind we've decided to launch a new initiative: user experience research.
User experience research has the objective of giving us a better understanding of user's thoughts, activities, and experience in the server in order to help us craft more quality updates which directly improve the experience of the users. The initiative also allows for private one on one sessions to determine how easy systems are easy for people to understand. Our aim is to make systems as simplistic to understand and use, while still maintaining the powerful complexity behind them.
As you've noticed we just released our latest iteration in the Rockstars script, let us know what you think. At the end of the survey, let us know if you would like to participate in future research studies.
