Dardan is an Albanian gangster and part of the small Albanian Mafia. He was born in '83 in Petrela, a small village near the capital of Albania. Petrela is a village built on top of rocks, but Dardan was never fond of living there. His father was a spy for the communist regime in Albania, that gave Dardan access. And with that access he build a name for himself, although not a good one. People despised him, no one wanted to be near him, they were afraid of him. At the age of 13 Dardan had convinced his father to move out of Petrela, to a new city, near the beach. So he found Vlora, a beautiful city near the shore, but with a high crime-rate. Dardan skipped school, he would make up excuses such as going to visit his parents in Petrela, to instead spend time with the scums of society. As he grew he learned more and more about criminal activities.
On 2003, he moved to Lazarat, a village in south Albania, known for the huge amounts of marijuana. Dardan found his home. He started planting the marijuana seeds, waiting, harvesting, then repeating the same process. Until he had enough money to rent out a small field on his own, so he could make more profit. He wasn't associated with anyone, he produced it himself, sold it himself. And the rest of the drug lords didn't appreciate it. They forced him to quit. Dardan had made enough money by the end of 2006 that he could start a new life abroad. And so he did.
Dardan became the boss of a small gang of thugs based in Broker. Along with Kalem and Bledar Morina, he was a loan-shark and extorted the lower members of society. Dardan went missing in 2008 and was supposedly dead.
After 7 years he was recognized by a security camera in San Fierro, entering San Fierro with a private jet and landing at Naval Ship. In a report from September 2015, the S.A.P.D says there is no trace of this criminal being in San Fierro and the security camera picture was probably glitched.
In contrary, Dardan is a notorious criminal living in Chinatown, San Fierro. He drives a red-ish Sandking, frightening at first sight. He is still running his loaning business, just in a different place with different people, and he's making quite a name for himself in the underground world. His current affiliations are still unknown, however, as his new "GVARDIA" tattoo suggests, one would assume he is linked with Russian and Eastern European criminals.
