/trackcar for vehicle owners who don't find where their car is and get pissed off.

It will work like /dis command to see the distance between the car and the owner and also can see the district  like Vice Port/Little Haiti etc.

Yeah, I'd support this. We should make it optional for those who buy a tracker at a store... Perhaps sell it at the supermarket?

Since the GPS isn't scripted properly yet, maybe it could use such a function?
