Cannot connect to Argonath Radio [Need help]

Ok, well on my XP PC, i was able to connect to the Radio & all that, now i have new PC, and i cant.
Im sure it has the most recent WMP, but im not sure, here is a screen(attatched)


When i click on 'plug-in content' it asks me to redownload somthing.
What do i gotta do?  :cry:

The plugin you need to load in Firefox is the Windows Media Player plugin.
Alternatively you can put the URL 89.149.196.238:8001 in to winamp
