Hi Johnny i'm the administrator that decided to place a ban on you. I received a report about Poor RP/DM from the player you killed and proceeded to ask you about the situation, as you described the situation you went up to the player and told him to stop, he responded to you and you told him this was a robbery and to put his hands up, he decided to run so you shot him down and killed him.

Now what i don't understand is why you would shoot someone dead with only one warning to put their hands up, and what made you kill him straight away and not chase him down and make him stop?

I tries to stop him, but that guy was just hunger of his money, kept running and reparing the pups without even complying :/

He ran away when you said hands up, now if thought he avoided all Roleplay why didn't you report him instead of  shooting him dead, you didn't even make an attempt to chase him and force him to stop, you just shot him dead with little to no Roleplay.

 if you gave him more of a chance maybe he could have roleplayed the situation and you could've gotten what you wanted instead of a wanted level and a ban.

Yes, It was a probably lame excuess to kill someone, But I apology for it and now I will roleplay properly.

Your recent punishment history is also far from nice. A lot of tempbans for the same reason as this ban. Because this is your first ban, I will follow the policy and unban you. However, lets hope you learned from this and that punishment history stays clean.
