I cannot say I didn't expect a degree of dissatisfaction and adjustment problems but I must admit I am surprised to see how quick the decline was. First off let me start with saying, sorry I am not returning. I'm simply doing what I saved some of my authority to do: spring cleaning... or whatever season it is. I am doing this not because I want to but because it's something that is in the best interest of the community.

- Mikro has agreed to step down as scripting team leader/ He will remain a scripter. Ref.
- All new rules implemented since I've been gone are nulled. To be reviewed by a third party.
- No new scripting leader is to be appointed at the current time. The team will communicate with one another and act as a team.
- Some adjustments to the administrative team are pending. Will discuss with current HQ.

More may be announced soon.

I'm sorry to be here under these conditions but, anywho that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess.

How so? What exactly is the positive change here? Only difference I see is the one person who's had the balls to act on constant rulebreaks and to get rid of the remnants of the previous highly-abusive ruling, is gone now. So how do things start getting better as of this moment?
