Crates should only be used to store stuff.
You should not be using crates in places inaccessible in the vanilla game nor drop them while driving to wreck the people chasing you.
Any crate seen in an inaccessible place by admins will be removed without a warn (about 20 crates was removed earlier today) with no chances of the stuff being refunded.
TL;DR Use crates only to store stuff you want in a place accessible in normal game
