I want to discuss an idea that may help,
As i can see, criminal people are fed up the traffic stop. Why?
Cause every time a cop stops them,  he asks them the same thing (can i see your licience and driving licience) and he give them, so the next time when he will be stopped, he will do the same. Now i have a suggestion. Why i cant register his name in the PD so if he get pulled over again the police will check his name, if he found him already pulled over, then he will just pay him. So if i pulled over a civilian ill /registerPD [name] [reason] and warn him, if it was the second time ill /checkPD and the list of the civilian already pulled over show up, if he is on the list then we move to pay, more realitic ? Comments please, btw the script of the list can stop and delete the list at the end ofthe day

Well, i don't really agree with what you said.

Firstable, There is different reasons to pull over someone not just to ask him for License and passeport , sometimes we just pull over as a normal traffic stop there is no reason , would you also register his name ?
Seconde, Personally me , if they count how much time they pulled me over i would pay a fine with more than 10000k , Means you shouldn't keep couting each time you pull over , Because people might change, people might understand the rules more ...etc
Third, Argonath is a roleplay server , means we should keep Roleplaying as much as possible , and you can tell a citizen " you were pulled over yesterday , and you kept breaking the traffic rules " and you obligate  him to pay a ticket or whatels. it doesn't make anys sense , completely our of the difinition " Roleplay "
fourth, I dont think the script of showing up the history is available in IV

"Routine" or "Random" stops or checks are not allowed and can be considered abusive. To perform a traffic stop there must be a crime, traffic violation, or 911 call made in relation to the person being stopped.

If you would pay 10000k fines then thats a problem, cause here we want to minimise those people who simply ignore the traffic stops and Officer, so with paying he will try to minimize and wake up while he is driving near civilians, he can speed and do what ever he want when he get far away of the main road and the popular areas :P

You didn't get the Idea, the list will be set for 24hours, after the 24hours pass the list will automatically delete the current name and start again, and i dont think that i can pull over without any reason o.O

The rule was recently updated. It was allowed back in 2014. If I'm not wrong, this was no longer allowed starting from 2015 :p


I actually was thinking of suggesting a similar idea, which is idea of a scripted MDC.
What you suggested is actually not that correct, and I don't fully support it. You don't need to register someone that you warned, that's exactly why it is a warning, to not get him registered for further problems. What I'm suggesting instead, is adding a scripted MDC. You use /mdc, you find profile of player showing his recent suspecting, for example last 24 hours? or if that is not possible, it should only show his registered properties (houses, vehicles) [?] and his ticket history. Which means, you /giveticket amount reason to the driver, and he has some amount of time to pay it at a police department otherwise he'll be wanted.

This idea is kinda similar to SAMPs, but since SAMP's got everything, and IVMP has a bad client support, I suggest adding basical MDC which shows profile and ticket history of player.

@Younes even back in 2013 that wasn't a rule, during late 2015 or early 2016 they made up the rule without writing it on the topic, so it was just one of those rules made up randomly, that included also the rule you cannot chase white dots if they disappear from your screen lol, my moan somehow twisted things around and they added it also there as every new rule should :p

the MDC was suggested a long ago, i still wonder why nothing ever came up, we don't need an overcomplicated cmd, just few basic infos about players and vehicles they are driving at moment they are pulled over. Routine traffic stops were never a problem btw, i would rather be more strict with trigger happy cops and suspects :p

nah it will only show if that player has been stopped before and that will help to get the descion if he wil pay or not.

Idea is not bad at all, but i would support version of Younes
