ATC, this is Flight AD-73, be advised, we have taken multiple bird strikes, all engines are failing, I repeat...

This was the last transmission before the passenger Andromeda AD-73 lost contact with RADAR. Teams are being dispatched to locate the wreckage, and tow the survivors to the shore. From there, Medics will transport them to the ER for treatment.

An Andromeda, inbound from Liberty City (from the NORTH of San Andreas), reports an in-flight nav systems malfunction. The GPS, and other navigation equipment was damaged during a bird strike, has thrown it off course and disappeared from radar.

Each Team will consist of 3 players:

• 1 Air Traffic Controller with Aircraft
• 1 Coast Guarder on a Boat
• 1 EMT/FD with an Ambulance ready

Rules/Conditions:

• From the last transmission, players have 30 minutes to locate the survivors.
• The Andromeda would be carrying 200 passengers RPly.
• Represented by staff/group members at wreckage
• An unknown amount of passengers die on impact.
• At 15 minutes, every 3 minutes, survivors will start drowning, being eaten by sharks, or dying from their wounds.
• Aircraft can only be used to Search.
• Watercraft can only be used to Rescue
• Each Boat can only carry 10 Survivors at a time
• Ambulances can only be used to Transport from the shore to the nearest hospital
• Each Ambulance can only carry 10 Survivors at a time

Performance Prizes:

• For each 10 survivors rescued and taken to the hospital:
• Under 15 minutes: $5,000 per Survivor.
• 15:01-20 minutes: $4,000 per Survivor.
• 20:01-25 minutes: $3,000 per Survivor.
• 25:01-30 minutes: $2,000 per Survivor.
• Over 30 minutes: $1,000 per Survivor.

Teams of 3 that compete will automatically become eligible for the Heist Setup 2. The Teams of 3 can apply using the following:

Unlike most groups on the list that'll probably show up and being the legal authority to take over mass accidents, we at the SAFD will show up at full force to aid on the search and rescue operations with disregard to being paid, being the main mission lives over goods, most of the personnel on any of the 3 roles will be composed by the entire Fire Department in a joint effort to overcome the situation.

Rescue Member (Water): Urban Search and Rescue SAFD personnel
Recovery Member (Land): Available personnel to man ambulances and fire engines.
