I've seen that there is a Laundromat biz for sell at Lil Havana.
What are the Benefits of the biz?

Laundromats along with Cafes are traditionally a front end shop for mafias/gangs. If you are role playing a Haitian gang, it would be cool to own this business.

A lot of Hollywood movies and games based on crime have a Laundromat as a hotspot for protection money or simple meet ups.

Detergent is useful to remove blood stains from places where you don't want cops snooping around. Laundry also uses various chemicals in disguise which can instead be used to create explosives or dissolve corpses in acid.
