Dear court, on the date of 22/08/2014 Powerline Race Club has been granted a trial period with license to organize legal races, as the license expired  22/12/2014, i would like to ask for a renewal of license or extension, due to change in management of PRC we failed to ask for renewal in due time as now we are over due, but we are ready to re open and manage PRC as new funs have been secured for a longer and stable management of the PRC.

PRC has still kept the old routes mapped but as soon as the company gets re opened (topic) we will be able to give more details, PRC will still remain true to 24h in advance race organisations and LCPD will be informed of times and locations of races, also the names of the racers if possible will be forwarded to LCPD, PRC will forward only names of the members of PRC club who are racing, any new racers will not be added to the list that will be sent to LCPD command.

After seven days, if there are no objections, I will grant this request for another trial period of four weeks. If these four weeks go by without problems, then the court may decide on granting the Powerline Race Club to organise legal races on a longer period.

Honorable Judge,

The Liberty City Police Department cheers the sight of a legal race-ing club. However, we would like to have some information before agreeing to this matter.

1. The LCPD would like a full map with all known and granted race-ing fields in Liberty City in their hands;

2. The LCPD would like the owner of this club to elaborate the following sentence:

PRC will forward only names of the members of PRC club who are racing, any new racers will not be added to the list that will be sent to LCPD command.

Does this mean that all current racers will be forwarded to the LCPD staff or all racers will be forwarded? If thie first one is the case then the LCPD would like a list of all members of this club so they show us total transparancy.

3. The LCPD would like the club to acknowledge the safety of the citizens in Liberty City and guarentee us that there will always be a medic present and ensure that there won't be any harm done to any civilians who are not a member of the club.

4. We would like the have the main race-ing competition to be held in either; 'Francis International Airport', 'South Algonquin', if there are no civilians present, 'North Algonquin' if there are no civilians present or 'Alderney' if there are no civilians present (excluding the racers and the civilians who are watching the race.

5. The LCPD would like the owner of this club to register their club in the court section of Liberty City, and have it copyrighted untill further notice.

The PRC is willing to fully cooperate with LCPD on this matter.

1. The LCPD would like a full map with all known and granted race-ing fields in Liberty City in their hands;

PRC at the moment has only 3 maps ready for use, but we have many that are not mapped, but every time we map an new one it will be send to LCPD too so they will be aware of it.

Ok to clarify, for one to become a member of PRC he would need to win at least one RPC race, and players who do get reach that one victory, are allowed to just come to the race at given time, without use of calling in before that (Signing up on forums). So LCPD staff will have a list of players who are able to attend races at any time, but also we will send names of players who did call in advance and filled one of the spots, well tho this is concept that will be used once we have at least 10 PRC members, before that we will use both the calls in advance and signing in on the spot (we will pm highest ranked Officer with racers names)

3. The LCPD would like the club to acknowledge the safety of the citizens in Liberty City and guarentee us that there will always be a medic present and ensure that there won't be any harm done to any civilians who are not a member of the club.

PRC will give its best effort into securing both the medical staff and fireman in case of accidents.

4. We would like the have the main race-ing competition to be held in either; 'Francis International Airport', 'South Algonquin', if there are no civilians present, 'North Algonquin' if there are no civilians present or 'Alderney' if there are no civilians present (excluding the racers and the civilians who are watching the race.

We had in mid the use of entire area of LC, so we would like to use more populated areas from time to time, but in general as you can see from our 3 current maps, we do like to use less populated areas to avoid possible damage to vehicles and racers.

5. The LCPD would like the owner of this club to register their club in the court section of Liberty City, and have it copyrighted untill further notice.[/font][/color]

That exactly is the reason this court case was filed, so our business license would be renewal-ed, PRC will give its best effort into making that happen.
