Why did you think it was a good idea to make jokes about a recent terrorist attack, as a veteran of the community I am pretty sure you know what our regulations are regarding these type of things.

And honestly, just another case of me shit talking without thinking really. I had noticed that people were getting away with saying a lot of things in the mainchat without an issue, myself included, so I was sort of thinking that people really didn't seem to care, turns out I was wrong.

Jokes aside; when no administration is online, it does NOT make it okay for you or anyone else to have disregard for the rules that we have on this server.  If you see someone breaking the rules, you report them.  As you admit to doing it yourself and from what I saw, I'm obviously not pleased..

As you can see, no admins were online when you made those terrorist jokes, and karma came, biting you in the ass.  This behavior comes back with you every single time you're un-banned.  If I withheld the manager rank, you'd be denied till RS2128349 releases and [MIB]Radar gets community leader.

I don't mean to sound like a complete A-hole but still, you get my point.

And I say stuff even when admins are online, there just happened to be no admins when this happened, and we all know how much you despise me Justin. <3

I'm sorry but we cannot afford to let you back ingame after multiple instances where you have proven to be off the rails, Your constant disregard for the rules and your high chance of bending them in future leads us to the conclusion that we have to Deny your request for an Unban appeal.
